Quanta Bella had absolutely no problem immediately exchanging the ring. Quanta Bella quality is excellent. The other jewelry I've gotten since are very nice pieces, not cheap junk!! I'm very happy with the jewelry, the responsiveness and support I receive from Quanta Bella. I bought a ring for my wife, but didn’t know the right size. Quanta Bella had absolutely no problem immediately exchanging the ring. Quanta Bella quality is excellent. The other jewelry I’ve gotten since are very nice pieces, not cheap junk!!
